We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to join our rapidly expanding automotive organisation in Plymouth, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in automotive management to lead a busy service centre and contribute to our continued growth.

Duties:
  • Managing and motivating the team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Driving sales targets and providing on-the-spot training when necessary
  • Leading the operation of the depot and overseeing daily activities
  • Ensuring the security of the premises, stock, assets, and customer data
  • Maintaining accurate stock control and ensuring compliance with audit procedures
  • Ensuring all equipment and machinery receive routine servicing and maintenance
  • Overseeing stock deliveries and ensuring proper storage on the day of receipt
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager within the automotive industry
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Technical or mechanical knowledge of vehicles or automotive systems
  • Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of six months
  • Demonstrable success in managing multiple priorities
  • Working knowledge of health and safety requirements
  • Excellent account management skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
