We are currently recruiting a dedicated Diagnostic Technician on behalf of our client in Barnet, North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join a well-established team and develop their career within the automotive industry. The successful Diagnostic Vehicle Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostics and vehicle repairs in a busy workshop environment.

  • Competitive basic salary of £38,000 (negotiable) with an OTE of up to £45,000
  • Monday to Friday working 8am - 6pm with a 1-hour lunch break
  • Alternating Saturday mornings paid as overtime on a rota basis

Duties:
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting on a wide range of vehicles
  • Accurately identify faults and recommend necessary repairs
  • Use modern diagnostic equipment to resolve complex automotive issues
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant qualifications in automotive technology
