We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable, family-run dealership based in Louth, Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to develop their career within a well-established business that prides itself on exceptional customer service and industry recognition. The individual who fills this position will join an award-winning company with a strong local reputation.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary with an OTE of £47,000
  • Monthly bonus of £500
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturday mornings from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

Duties:
  • Carried out vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics accurately and efficiently
  • Provided exceptional customer service and technical advice
  • Maintained high standards of workmanship and quality control
  • Kept detailed records of work completed and parts used
  • Followed health and safety procedures within the workshop environment
  • Collaborated with colleagues to ensure smooth workshop operation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy workshop setting
  • Relevant technical qualifications in vehicle repairs and diagnostics
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence
