We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced SMART Repairer to join our client’s team in Barking, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to further their career within the motor trade industry. The successful individual will play a vital role in providing high-quality smart repairs to ensure customer satisfaction and showroom standards are met.

Benefits: 
  • Competitive basic salary of £40,000 per year with an OTE of £42,452
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5pm
  • Hourly rate of £16.20 to £20 per hour

Duties:
  • Carrying out smart repairs efficiently and to a high standard
  • Ensuring all work complies with industry safety and quality standards
  • Managing repair times and customer expectations effectively
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Communicating clearly with team members and management regarding repair progress
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Smart Repairer or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and committed with a professional attitude
