We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Service Manager to join a well-established team in Southend, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional aiming to advance their career within a reputable automotive dealership.

  • Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum with uncapped OTE earning potential of £55,000+
  • Monday to Friday working week, 8am to 6pm

Duties:
  • Assisting the Service Manager in day-to-day service department operations
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Managing service plans and workshop schedules efficiently
  • Supporting the team to meet targets and drive profitability
  • Maintaining compliance with manufacturer and company standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Service Manager or similar role within the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent organisational abilities
  • Knowledge of automotive service processes and industry standards
  • Valid UK driving licence
