We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for a reputable commercial dealership in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to join a well-established team and advance their career in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a good understanding of the automotive sector.

Benefits
  • Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 with an OTE of £32,000
  • Working hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

Duties
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Managing customer inquiries and appointments efficiently
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Assisting with aftersales service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Advisor in the automotive industry preferred
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work confidently within a busy dealership environment
