  • Location: Coventry
  • Basic: Circa £30,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Our client, a specialist classic car business in Coventry, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.

What you’ll be doing
  • Handling customer enquiries regarding servicing, restoration, parts and car sales
  • Assisting with workshop administration and internal documentation
  • Preparing estimates and following up with customers
  • Assisting with sales invoicing and purchase orders
  • Organising collection and delivery of customers’ cars
  • Chasing suppliers for parts and services
  • Handling routine Health & Safety and British Standards administration
What we’re looking for
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Retail experience, ideally within the automotive industry, would be beneficial but is not essential
