We are recruiting for the position of Parts Advisor on behalf of our client in Barking, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join a dynamic automotive team. The Parts Advisor will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth running of the parts department.

Benefits:
  • Competitive starting salary from £29,750 with an annual bonus of £2,100
  • Attractive overall earnings potential with OTE from £31,850
  • Standard working hours of 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Duties:
  • Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email with parts enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate parts records and inventory management
  • Picking, packing, and organising parts for delivery or collection
  • Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Supporting the team in achieving departmental targets and objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and the ability to identify vehicle components accurately
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when needed
