  • 44 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 07:00–16:30, Friday 07:00–15:30
Perfect Placement Automotive Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join an established and highly respected automotive bodybuilding business based in Trafford Park, Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who is confident working with Kerridge, Excel and high volumes of data and is looking to join a stable and well-established business within the automotive industry.

The Role:
  • As an Office Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across the business, ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and maintaining accurate business records.
  • Inputting and processing high volumes of data.
  • Using Kerridge to manage and update information.
  • Producing and maintaining reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Supporting colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
  • Ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
The successful individual will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Kerridge experience – essential.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and data input.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, reliable and professional approach.
