We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester to join a well-established workshop in Romsey, Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled motor trade individuals looking to develop their career within a dedicated and supportive team environment. The successful individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing and MOT testing across all makes and models of cars and light commercials.

Duties:
  • Conduct MOT testing and inspections on all types of vehicles, with a focus on commercial vans and light commercial vehicles
  • Carry out routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance
  • Identify and diagnose faults while maintaining high standards of workmanship
  • Work within the team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Keep all work areas clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Valid MOT testing licence is essential
  • Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repairs, ideally with a background in MOT testing
  • Ability to work on all makes and models, particularly commercial vans and light commercial vehicles
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable with a professional attitude
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
