Service Advisor Opportunity in Shrewsbury
  • Basic Salary: £29,750
  • OTE: £34,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (1 hour lunch)

What you’ll be doing:
  • Welcoming customers and managing service and repair bookings
  • Preparing accurate job cards and recording customer requirements
  • Liaising with technicians to keep customers updated on vehicle progress
  • Explaining repair work and costs clearly
  • Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Promoting additional products and services where appropriate
  • Processing invoices, payments and service documentation
  • Coordinating vehicle handovers and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Supporting the Aftersales team to maintain workshop efficiency and achieve service targets
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous Service Advisor experience or automotive customer service experience would be ideal
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Good IT skills, with dealership management system experience advantageous
  • The ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
  • A proactive, positive and professional attitude
