Assistant Parts Centre Manager - Cross Hands
  • Salary: Fully negotiable basic wage based on experience. Access to a performance-related bonus worth up to £200-300 per month. 
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00/8:30am-5:00pm/5:30pm, with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8:30am-5:00pm.

Our client, a leading and growing automotive parts factor business with close to 40 sites across the UK, requires an experienced and professional Assistant Centre Manager to join their Cross Hands site.

You will report to the Centre Manager and work as part of a friendly team where your responsibilities shall include: 
  • 2nd in charge of the site and drivers, along with actively selling to customers. 
  • Responsible for finding new business and managing frequent accounts. 
  • Develop strong customer relationships with a focus on winning sales, increasing margins, and delivering excellent service within the branch.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring proactive engagement with customers.
  • Collaborate with all areas of the branch to make sure customer requirements are fully met.
  • Complete all callbacks promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal teams across the business to build product knowledge and stay ahead of customer needs.
  • Use business data effectively to identify opportunities across different customer groups and product categories.
To be eligible, you will ideally live within an easily commutable distance of Cross Hands. You will need to hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience, ideally working within a form of telesales or trade parts. A full UK licence is essential for this role.
