- Basic Salary: £36,000 (Negotiable Depending on Experience) + Bonus

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, No Weekends!
Our client, a well-established, family-run automotive group with multiple sites across Northamptonshire, is continuing to grow following the recent acquisition of a new franchise. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their successful team.

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
- Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
- Repairing and replacing components, including brakes, suspension, and transmission systems.
- Ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and workshop standards.
- Completing job cards and maintaining accurate service and repair records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a workshop environment.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- The ability to carry out a wide range of servicing, maintenance, and repair work.
- Experience using modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
- A professional, reliable, and team-focused approach.
- An NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or an equivalent qualification, although this is preferred rather than essential.
