We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a reputable franchised main dealer in Exeter, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced candidates to work within a well-established automotive team and further develop their career in the motor trade.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary of £27,000 per annum
OTE of up to £36,000 with uncapped earnings potential
Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm
One hour lunch break included
No weekends required
Friendly and professional working environment at a franchised main dealer

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Manage service bookings efficiently and update customers on vehicle repairs and maintenance
Upsell additional services and parts where appropriate
Maintain accurate service documentation and administration
Liaise with workshop teams to ensure all work is completed to schedule and standards
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or other role within the motor trade
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing processes
Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
