An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician to join a high-performing aftersales team within a reputable main dealership in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Technician looking to develop their career, work with cutting-edge technology and benefit from ongoing manufacturer training and development.
  • Salary: £37,285 basic salary | Up to £39,500 OTE
  • Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostic, warranty and repair work
  • Complete mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently
  • Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment
  • Work in line with manufacturer standards and dealership processes
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of safety and quality
  • Support less experienced Technicians where required
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
About You:
  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or similar workshop environment
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical systems
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A willingness to continue developing your technical knowledge
  • Full UK driving licence
