We are recruiting for a skilled Bodyshop Operative to join our client's busy automotive repair team in Park Royal, North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced vehicle body repair professional who can contribute across panel beating, paint spraying and MET or auto electrical work.

The role is offered on a Monday to Friday basis, from 8.00am to 5.00pm, with overtime available. This position would suit an experienced Bodyshop Operative who is confident working across multiple areas of vehicle accident repair, although professionals with strong expertise in one specialist discipline are also encouraged to apply.

Benefits:
  • Salary of £30,000 to £42,000, depending on experience
  • Overtime opportunities available

Duties:
  • Carrying out high-quality panel beating and vehicle body repairs
  • Completing paint spraying duties to a professional standard
  • Undertaking MET and auto electrical repair work where required
  • Assessing vehicle damage and completing repairs efficiently
  • Ensuring all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
  • Working as a reliable and adaptable Bodyshop Operative within a busy team
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bodyshop Operative or in a relevant automotive bodyshop role
  • Strong skills in panel beating, paint spraying or MET and auto electrical work
  • Candidates with all-round experience across paint, panel and MET are particularly encouraged to apply
  • A minimum of five years' relevant industry experience is preferred
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality repairs
  • The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • A professional approach to health, safety and workplace standards
