  • Pay: £32k Basic + £6k OTE - based on customer satisfaction scores and upsells
  • Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota 
A respected car dealership in Guildford is seeking a Service Advisor to join its busy aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to secure a rewarding position offering a £32,000 basic salary and an achievable £38,000 OTE with opportunity for real career growth in group.

Duties:
  • Welcome customers and provide a professional service throughout their visit to the dealership
  • Manage service bookings and maintain clear communication with customers
  • Provide updates regarding vehicle progress, costs and completion times
  • Support excellent customer satisfaction scores through attentive and efficient service
  • Identify appropriate upselling opportunities based on customer and vehicle requirements
  • Use Kerridge and Keyloop systems accurately as part of the daily aftersales process
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within a motor trade or automotive environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A professional, organised and customer-focused approach
  • Confidence discussing vehicle servicing, repairs and associated costs
  • The successful Service Advisor will be comfortable working towards customer satisfaction and upselling targets
  • Experience using Kerridge or Keyloop would be advantageous
  • Flexibility to work Saturday mornings on a rota
