Our client is seeking a highly skilled MET Technician to join its established automotive repair operation in Paignton. This MET Technician position offers a salary of up to around £45,000, with an OTE of £50,000.

Benefits

40-hour working week Monday - Friday

Duties

The successful MET Technician will carry out mechanical, electrical and trim repairs to a high standard
Remove and refit vehicle components safely and efficiently
Complete strip and fit work in line with manufacturer and repair centre standards
Carry out electrical diagnosis and repairs where required
Work closely with colleagues to achieve high-quality vehicle repair results
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
Follow all relevant health and safety procedures and technical repair standards

Requirements

Previous experience as an MET Technician or in a similar automotive repair role
Strong skills in stripping and fitting vehicle components
Experience of mechanical, electrical and trim repair work
Ability to work accurately and efficiently to high standards
Professional approach with strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining workplace safety and repair quality
