We are recruiting for a motivated Sales Executive to join our client’s established automotive team in Harlow. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to build a rewarding career in vehicle sales, with an attractive earning potential of up to £60,000 OTE alongside a basic salary of £18,000.

Duties:
  • As a Sales Executive, you will welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements
  • Present suitable vehicles and explain their features, benefits and specifications
  • Arrange and conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Manage enquiries from initial contact through to sale
  • Negotiate vehicle prices and finance packages in line with business requirements
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up outstanding enquiries
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
  • Work towards individual and dealership sales targets
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role is desirable
  • Automotive or vehicle sales experience would be advantageous
  • A confident, professional and engaging communication style
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a busy team
  • A target-focused approach with excellent organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence
  • The successful Sales Executive will be motivated to maximise every sales opportunity and provide an outstanding customer experience
