We are recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join a successful and growing independent automotive specialist, renowned for working with premium vehicles.
Operating from modern, purpose-built premises, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business specialising in premium vehicles, with a growing service department, a supportive management team and a genuine opportunity for long-term employment.
The workshop is currently booking at least two weeks ahead, with demand continuing to increase, making this an exciting time to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and dealing with service and repair enquiries.
- Managing service bookings and coordinating workshop schedules.
- Preparing job cards and handling invoicing.
- Liaising closely with Technicians and workshop management.
- Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and any additional work required.
- Ensuring all workshop administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist or in a similar automotive customer-facing role.
- A good understanding of vehicle servicing and general workshop operations.
- Experience working with premium vehicle brands would be advantageous.
- Experience with invoicing, job cards and workshop administration.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities.
- The ability to work effectively alongside Technicians and workshop management.
- A stable employment history and a genuine interest in securing a long-term position.
