Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new opportunity with a well-established dealership in Plymouth? We are recruiting a Service Advisor for a prominent franchised main dealer in the Plymouth area. This is your chance to join a reputable brand that values its employees and offers excellent career development prospects.   • Volume Main Dealer
  • Basic salary of up to £30k DOE, OTE up to £35k
  • Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Greeting customers and managing vehicle check-in and check-out processes
  • Allocating loan vehicles and ensuring vehicle documentation is accurately processed in the dealer management system
  • Managing the progress of all service jobs and liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with customers during service to keep them informed
  • Providing a comprehensive explanation of work completed and recommending further services when appropriate
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within a franchise dealership or similar environment is advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly manner
  • Organisation skills to manage multiple jobs simultaneously and prioritise effectively
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Full UK driving license is essential
  • Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate a proactive attitude
