We are recruiting a Sales Executive to join our clients busy used-car sales department in Exeter, Devon. With a large amount of vehicles in stock at anyone time. This is an excellent opportunity to build a successful career within a thriving motor trade environment.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary of £20,000
  • Realistic OTE of up to £50,000
  • No Sundays
  • Work Monday - Saturday with a guaranteed day off in the week
  • Established automotive sales environment with strong earning potential
Duties:
  • As a Sales Executive, you will guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing process
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Present and demonstrate suitable used vehicles based on customer requirements
  • Manage enquiries, appointments and follow-up activity
  • Prepare accurate vehicle quotations and support customers through finance and additional product options
  • Meet and exceed individual and departmental sales targets
  • Maintain high standards of customer service throughout every stage of the sale
  • Keep vehicle displays and sales areas presented to a professional standard
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive or within a customer-focused automotive sales position
  • A proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • A confident and professional approach when dealing with customers
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries effectively
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A motivated attitude and genuine interest in developing a long-term career within used-car sales
