Used Car Sales Executive Opportunity In Barking!

Our client, a successful automotive retailer in Barking, London, is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join their busy sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional to maximise their earning potential, with an uncapped OTE of £55,000.

Duties:
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the vehicle sales process
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up potential customers
  • Present suitable vehicles and finance products to customers
  • Listen carefully to customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Use effective influencing and persuasion skills in both positive and challenging circumstances
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and dealership sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Support the wider team in delivering a professional and efficient sales operation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Used Car Sales Executive or in a similar automotive sales role
  • A confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated approach
  • Strong communication, listening and customer service skills
  • The ability to influence and persuade customers professionally
  • A proactive attitude towards identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A full UK driving licence
