Vehicle Service Bookings Advisor required in Cornwall
  • Basic Salary £19760 
  • Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm. Saturdays ad hoc/rota.
Our client, a large dealer group in the south west, is looking for a Service Booking Advisor. 

As a Service Bookings Advisor you will be responsible for the following:
  • Contacting customers to book their vehicles into the workshop for servicing or repairs.
  • Loading the in house database appropriately.
  • Receiving incoming telephone enquiries regarding vehicle status
  • Assisting customers with general enquiries by finding solutions.
  • Creating service job cards and packs. 
  • Service Administration ad hoc.
