- Salary: up to £25,000 basic + bonus = OTE up to £29,200 p.a.
- Hours: Monday to Friday – 45 hours worked per week
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
The purpose of the Service / Invoicing Clerk role will be to ensure the invoicing for each job has been correctly processed and uploaded on the system along with relevant supporting paperwork so all documentation is correct.
The Service / Invoicing Clerk role will be office based, not customer facing, you will be provided with a lap top to work from and looking after a number of sites.
Duties of a Service / Invoicing Clerk will Include:
- Go through completed jobs for branches checking for work that can be invoiced ensuring supporting documents with each job.
- Meet SLA deadlines from web providers.
- Send out paperwork via email or invoicing system.
- Monitor and list jobs that have been completed and are awaiting authority.
- Liaise with branches ref invoices and payment queries.
- Raise any associated credit notes.
- Emphasis on clearing list of invoices on system ready for each month end.
You will also need to be disciplined and organised as this is a very busy Service / Invoicing Clerk role to work in.
Motor trade experience is essential for this Service / Invoicing Clerk role.
