- Wolverhampton Area
- Basic Salary £22,000.
- Monday to Friday 8-5 and Saturdays when required.
Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor will include:
- Initial contact with customers face to face
- Responsible for gaining images of damage from customers
- Booking in vehicles using Auto Flow
- Booking in and out courtesy cars
- Taking payments.
- Friendly, confident and professional at all times.
- Experience in previous customer service roles is preferred although full training will be provided for our systems and product knowledge.
- Being punctual and organised is essential
- Ability to detect and solve potential problems
- Excellent telephone manner
- Be a team player with fellow colleagues
- Drivers license is preferred but not essential.
