Workshop Foreman required in Yeovil

Our client, a well established accident repair centre in Yeovil, is looking for a Workshop Foreman to oversee their team of Technicians. 

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the workshop controller will be responsible for organising a team of technician s, maximising productivity and ensuring quality and service levels are met and exceeded.

As a Workshop Foreman, You will also: 
  • Optimise the performance of production facilities.
  • Allocate work according to skills levels.
  • Optimise efficiency and labour sales and effectively manage workshop staff ensuring efficient work schedule. 
The Workshop Foreman role requires a hand-on approach (Workshop Foreman with estimating and/or Paint experience will be of particular interest)
