Service Administrator

Administration and Accounts, Service Department, Car Dealership
£22000 - £25000 per annum
Service Administrator required at Main Dealer in Stockton-On-Tees.
  • Basic Salary up to circa £22,000 / £25,000 OTE
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 1700
Our client, a Volume Main Dealer in Stockton-on-Tees, is seeking a Service Administrator to join the team.
Applications are naturally sought from current Service Administrators, whether from another Main Dealer, an Independent Garage or even a Commercial Business.

Full training can be provided for those with administration experience who have not worked in the Motor Trade before but this is dependent on the candidate and their transferrable skills.
Duties of a Service Administrator include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • General administrative duties
  • Job card creation
  • Invoicing using the Pinnacle software
  • Recall checks and service checks using the manufacturer system
  • Inbound booking calls and outbound reminder calls. No cold calling as all reminder calls have been previously agreed with the customer.
  • Cover of the Service desk and Service Advisor tasks as per the needs of the business.
The client is offering a basic salary of around £22,000 with the potential of earning a bonus which can take your earnings up to £25,000.
