Our Client is a family owned Accident Repair Group with over 100 years of automotive trading, they have a great reputation in the local area for quality work, 4+ Stars on Google and a BSI Approved Bodyshop. They are one of the largest Vehicle Repair Groups within the UK.

They are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the ‘face’ of their business in their Dover branch.

Duties of a Customer Service Advisor with our Client:
  • Liaising with customers and work providers in person, via the telephone and by email in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, managing the allocation and handover of customer’s vehicles
  • Arranging the collection and delivery of vehicles
  • Loading and updating information onto the bodyshop management system and other associated on-line systems
  • Processing payments of policy excess and VAT where applicable
  • Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of repairs
