Sales Administrator

Sales Department, Car Dealership
£20000 - £25000 per annum
Sales Administrator required for our client's Automotive Business in Blackburn, Lancashire. 
  •  £20,500 basic salary with an OTE of £25,000
  •  Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, 1 late shift a week 10:30 - 7:00pm with Saturdays 1 in 4 weeks 9am - 4pm.

Our client have an exciting new position that will support our client's prestige sales team. The successful candidate will be a key part of the dealership team, this role provides support to both our sales and finance teams. You will be reporting to the Sales Administrator Manager.

This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to use organisation and administration skills to assist the vehicle sales progress.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator role:
  • Maintain vehicle stock records as per vehicle purchases and sales
  • Coordinate preparation of customer orders within the sales department
  • Organise registration and taxation of new vehicles
  • Liaise with the workshop team to ensure required works are completed on new and use vehicles
  • Arrange invoicing for vehicle sales
  • Collate deal files for handover to customers

  • Previous Sales Administration experience in a Car Dealership
  • Organised

  • Ability to work in a team
  • Flexibility in hours when required for over time during busy periods
  • Self-Driven and the ability to work on own your initiative with minimal supervision
