Our Client, a well-known Multi-Site Independent Used Car dealership, who sells a variety or makes and models of vehicles from Audi’s BMWs, Mercedes to Volvo, are currently looking to hire a Car Sales Executive to join their expanding team in a busy sales team in the Southampton Area.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Clients successful team as a Car Sales Executive covering all manufacturers. You will be highly organised and an efficient professional with a strong background in used Vehicle sales to fill what will become a busy role within their organisation as they expand further.

This is a very diverse Car Sales Executive role engaging in the whole sales process from marketing to sale.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive with our Client
  • To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Engaging with the whole sales process from marketing stock, email and telephone enquiries, liaising with preparation department
  • Understand vehicle features, characteristics, etc. to maximise sales potential
  • Achieve sales targets whilst maximising profitability
  • Generate new business by active prospecting and other marketing methods
  • Raise the profile and enhance the reputation of the business
What our Client expects of their Car Sales Executive
  • Previous Automotive Sales experience – Ideally used Cars
  • Have a positive can - do attitude to work at all times.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence
  • Ability to qualify customers, overcome objections and to close a sale
  • Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
