Our client has come to us to find them a new Logistics Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established bodyshop group in the Northampton area.

Ideally you will have experience in a logistics role, or have experience taking care of a team of drivers. As logistics team leader, you will be  responsible for the management, inspection, and supervision of all the needs of a company or enterprise. You will be responsible to ensure that the product is properly used and coordinate the delivery, procurement, and shipping of goods.

The logistics team leader will manage onsite logistics to optimise onsite resources. You will oversee the collection and delivery of policy holder's vehicles, provide an onsite meet and greet service and liaise and support the customer service team to ensure customer expectations are met and carry out any other ad hoc associated duties. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and organisational skills.
