  • Hours: 45hrs per week (Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 6:00pm)

My client is a premium used car dealership based in Sidcup, Kent & they are looking to recruit a new Digital Enquiry Specialist to join the busy team on site.

The Digital Enquiry Specialist role is responsible for managing the Digital Enquiries coming into the business, handling all digital enquiries including those made through emails, incoming phone calls & online chats.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager & Business Manager in order to ensure the process of managing the leads is flawless.

The successful Data Entry Specialist will have the following qualities:
  •  Previous experience within a similar role desirable or previous retail experience
  •  Time management skills and willingness to use own initiative
  •  High attention to detail
  •  Knowledge of automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and ownership
  •  Excellent organisational skills
  •  Motivated and enthusiastic
  •  Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills
  •  Ability to work within a high pressured, fast paced environment
