Commercial Workshop Supervisor Required in Enfield
  • Basic Salary up to £43,000 per annum
  • Monday - Friday only
  • Rota: Week 1; 06:00-14:00, Week 2; 14:00-22:00
Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Workshop Supervisor:
  • Supervise a team of technicians ensuring work is carried out efficiently as possible
  • Communicate with the Workshop Controllers
  • Provide Diagnostic and technical assistance to technicians
  • Responsible for the Workshop Environment
  • Ensure timely hand over of completed jobs ready for invoicing
  • Health and Safety of the Workshop
Requirements of this Commercial Workshop Supervisor role:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanics
  • Basic knowldge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong communicator
  • Able to coach and support a large team of technicians
