Rapid / Fast Fit Technician required in Colchester, Essex.
  • Hours: 42 per week worked
  • Salary: up to £30,700 basic p.a. (depending on experience).
  • Bonus: up to £2-3,000 on top of the basic p.a.
  • Contract; full time, permanent.
Our Fast-Fit client requires a Rapid / Fast Fit Technician to work to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
 
Duties you will carry out as a Fast Fit Technician includes:
  • Basic Servicing.
  • Brake Pad changes.
  • Exhaust repairs and changes.
  • Clutch and Cambelt changes.
  • Tyre Fitting and wheel alignment.
  • MOT Repairs.
In this important Fast Fit Technician role in their automotive service departments you will be fully competent in the servicing and repair of vehicles, to the highest standards.
 
You must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics, have a positive, 'can do' attitude, and willingness to work as part of an effective team. If you hold a VOSA MOT Smartcard this would be an advantage.
 
You should be a good team player and communicator to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of work through the workshop, ensuring you liaise with other team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Motor Trade experience in the role is essential.
