Trainee Motorbike Service Advisor Vacancy - Northampton
  • Salary: £24,600
  • Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 Monday-Friday
  • Saturdays on a Rota
  • 1 hour lunch break.
My client is a franchised motorcycle main dealer in Northampton. They're now looking to train up a Motorcycle Service Advisor.

You will be trained how to deal with all kinds of customers in the motorcycle dealership, learning the process of servicing a vehicle, dealing with the technicians and other team mates. 

About the Trainee Motorcycle Service Advisor job:
  • Supporting customers visiting the showroom,
  • Contacting customers via telephone & online,
  • Building knowledge of the franchise, accessories, and service arrangements.
  • Learning about vehicle parts, vehicle service process and how to book customers vehicles into the workshop. 
Full training is provided with this Trainee Motorcycle Service Advisor position, if you have a motorbike licence you will be highly sought after, but not necessary to apply.
