  • Location: Brentwood, Essex.
  • Company: Independent Automotive Company.
  • Weekday Hours: 8.00am-6.00pm.
  • NO WEEKENDS WORKED!!
 Service Advisor Role Package:
  • Basic Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 p.a.
  • Bonus: Based on a front of house team target of labour sales - £450-500 per month.
  • Total Earnings: up to £36,000 p.a.

Due to growth, our automotive client is looking for an automotive experienced Service Advisor to work in their busy front of house department. They are a family-run firm and pride themselves on their honesty, excellent work done and good customer service they provide.
 
Duties as a Service Advisor will consist of but are not limited to:
  • Maintain an excellent level of customer service to ensure repeat business.
  • Deal with customer enquiries and complaints.    
  • Workshop load (hours booked).
  • Upsell parts and accessories.
  • Moving vehicles around the premises.
 They are looking for a Service Advisor who has:
  • A professional track record working in the front of house service department.
  • A sound knowledge of vehicles so you can explain things easily to customers.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Motor Trade Service Advisor experience is essential.
