Our Client, a well-known Luxury Car Dealership representing some of the most historic brands within the automotive sector, are currently looking to hire a Marketing & CRM Executive to join their expanding team in a busy automotive environment in the Southampton Area.
 
Our Client has a strong reputation within the Luxury vehicle market and great reputation within the local area. They have a large a successful Service & Sales operation and our looking to expand their operations to keep up with demands and manufacturer requirements.
 
Our Client is seeking applications for this Marketing & CRM Executive role from Enthusiastic & Creative individuals who has a passion for delivering the highest level of VIP customer service.
 
This is a fantastic varied Marketing & CRM Executive role requiring a varied skill-set. The successful Marketing & CRM Executive will be taking a lead role within Product Launch Events, Overseas travel opportunities & organisation, marketing administration & Client facing duties.

 Duties of a Marketing & Customer Relations Management Executive with our Client:
  • Supporting the Sales & Service Managers with the successful delivery of driving traffic & enquiries to the business via both Manufacturer CRM & Dealership CRM.
  • Supporting dealership event activities offsite and on site for sales and aftersales
  • Key conduit to customers and manufacturer marketing team
  • Varied role with client facing duties, marketing administration, CRM system management and measuring marketing activity
  • Be an Ambassador for the brand.
 What our Client expects of their Marketing & CRM Executive:
  • Preferably experience with a Marketing based position.
  • Ideally experience within either the Automotive sector or High-end Luxury Goods
  • Have a positive can - do attitude to work at all times.
  • Passionate about delivering first-class service
  • An Enthusiastic, Friendly and Approachable Personality  
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ideally a Passion for Vehicles  
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
