Contact Centre Manager Required in Enfield
  • £35,000-£45,000 basic
  • OTE £15,000
  • Monday - Friday only!
Duties of a Contact Centre Manager with our Client:
  • Progressing the teams through regular structured coaching and training (on-going) that is focused on personal development of attributes and skill sets necessary to excel as a Sales Advisors
  • Review customer activity/behavior and customer needs and enhance the end-to-end customer journey with a strong focus on quality and results to deliver maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Regular 1 to 1 meetings and thoroughly coaching team members
  • Ensuring your team are complying with the company’s procedures
  • Work towards OKR’s, KPI’s & tracking and analysing detailed metrics
What our Client expects of their Contact Centre Manager:
  • Experience as a Sales Leader or Customer Service Manager used to working against KPI’s/Metrics in a fast-moving and dynamic company
  • Experience with CRM systems in sales, or service, preferably both inbound and outbound
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with complete accuracy
  • Natural Leader with great communication skills, being able to listen to customers concerns, their needs and record information accurately
  • Be able to motivate a Sales oriented team with team building skills, personable skills and knowing how to motivate a team as individuals
