Our automotive client is an established Franchise / Main Car Dealer based in Harlow, they are actively looking for a Service Advisor for their front of house service department.

This is a busy car dealership seeing in many cars per day so you will need to be well organised, focused and comfortable spinning many plates whilst exuding excellent customer service at all times!
They have an excellent team and a good reputation as an employer, they pay a fair salary and have an achievable bonus package!

Details & Benefits of this Service Advisor vacancy:
  • Hours: Monday to Friday Mon-Fri 8.00am to 6.00pm.
  • Alternate Saturdays worked 9.00am to 1.00pm.
  • Basic Salary: up to £30,000 p.a. (depending on experience).
  • Plus opportunity to earn a great commission package!
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
To be successful in this role you need to be comfortable dealing with:
  • All aspects of the Main Dealer Service Advisor role.
  • Welcoming the customers into the Service Centre.
  • Putting the job cards together.
  • Keeping the customers informed good news or bad.
  • Upsell, warranty, invoicing.
  • Dealing with queries over the phone and via the internet.
For this role the successful Service Advisor will have a stable employment history from within a Main Car Dealer working front of house in the service department, UK Right to Work & Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
