Our Main Dealer client is a family run multi-award winning automotive business based in Chelmsford, they are looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor for their busy front of house.
The core of their business is customer service, where they go above and beyond this in turn means they highly value and look after their staff as a happy workforce produces excellent results as a good team!
Details & Benefits of this Service Advisor role include:
- Company: Franchise/Main Car Dealership.
- Environment: The Dealership is modern, light and stylish.
- £26,000 basic salary to start, salary increases each year with.
- Monday to Friday (Full time) + Saturdays paid as overtime @ £90 from 8am to 2pm (1 in 2).
- Customer satisfaction results bonus which is on average between £70-100 per month.
- Upsell bonuses for consumables average £200-350 per month.
- Ideally a full manual driving licence however they’re flexible with this but you must be happy to learn to drive and do a driving test which they are happy to contribute towards financially.
- Every month there is a phone call reward - the service advisor that answers the most phone calls in a month gets to choose a prize which can be worth up to £300!
