We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Client's well-established and award winning Independent Garage in High Wycombe.
 
They are looking for an experienced individual to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing a first point of contact for enquiries within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.
 
Our Client is offering the successful Service Advisor:
  • Award Winning Independent Garage Environment
  • £26,000 Basic Salary Negotiable + Quarterly Bonus
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 5.30pm
  • Saturdays Mornings Rare Due To Business Requirements - Maximum 4 Per Year!
  • Full Training Provided
  • 20 Days Holiday Rising To 23 With Service 
Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client
  • Meet and greet customers in person
  • Booking customers in the diary
  • To match and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Paper work processing to brand guidelines
  • To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
What our Client expects of their Service Advisors:
  • Previous experience within the trade
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
  • Trade knowledge and Advisor skills
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
