This is a busy car dealerships seeing in 40-60 customer cars per day so you will need to be well organised, focused and comfortable spinning many plates whilst exuding excellent customer service at all times! The environment is modern, light and stylish.
Details & Benefits of this Service Advisor role include:
- £26,000 basic salary to start, salary increases each year with.
- Monday to Friday (Full time) with Saturdays paid as overtime @ £90 from 8am to 2pm (1 in 3).
- Customer satisfaction results bonus which is on average between £70-100 per month.
- Upsell bonuses for consumables average £200-350 per month.
- Ideally a full manual driving licence however they’re flexible with this but you must be happy to learn to drive and do a driving test which they are happy to contribute towards financially.
- Every month there is a phone call reward - the service advisor that answers the most phone calls in a month gets to choose a prize which can be worth up to £300!
- All aspects of a motor trade customer Service Advisor role.
- Welcoming the customers into the Service Centre.
- Putting the job cards together.
- Keeping the customers informed good news or bad.
- Upsell, warranty, invoicing.
- Dealing with queries over the phone and via the internet.
