Assistant Fast Fit Centre Manager required in Thame, Oxfordshire. 
  • Starting salary up to £26,838 per annum plus access to lucrative performance related bonus scheme (£33,000+ uncapped annual on-target-earnings).
  • 44 hour week / guaranteed 5 day working week between Mon-Sat (1 in 4 Sats off).

Our client, an automotive service centre/tyre retailer with 24 centres across the Home Counties, are currently recruiting for an Assistant Centre Manager to join their busy centre in Thame, Oxfordshire.

Reporting to the Fast Fit Centre Manager and responsible for front of house as well as supervising a workshop team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Line Management.
  • Dealing with customer enquires in person and over the phone.
  • Assisting the branch to achieve targets.
  • Monitoring stock levels and carrying out stock audits.
  • Hands-on workshop role if and when required.
In order to be eligible you will need to hold commercial experience with a proven background within the retail and/or automotive sector at a supervisory/management level (ideally having some knowledge/experience of fitting tyres). You will have the ability to help lead and manage a team of individuals, the ability to demonstrate success at in developing and maintaining a positive sales culture, a strong customer focus with the ability to encourage the team to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience, and experience in maximising sales whilst controlling costs, compliance with centre and management standards. A UK driving licence with minimal points in mandatory.
