Our client, a large multi-franchise approved motorcycle dealership in the Swansea area, are currently looking to hire a Service Manager for their busy workshop.

Reporting to the Branch Manager and working alongside a Service Advisor, as the Service Manager you will oversee the service and repair work of all motorcycles for our client's customers. You will be required to liaise with the Motorcycle Technicians to understand work in progress, and keeping customers informed and where necessary requesting authorisation for additional work ensuring a top quality services throughout.

The successful Service Manager candidate will need to have at least two years experience in an automotive workshop environment at a controller/management level. Any experience working with motorcycles would be highly beneficial but is non-essential. Overall, you will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction any my client's reputation. You will need to be IT literate and any experience with the Pinnacle dealer management system is of great benefit. A UK motorcycle license with minimal points and an interest in all things two wheels would also essential to our client at this stage.

  • Starting salary up to £30-50,000 per annum pending experience and current earnings.
