Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a new challenge? Are you interested in working with one of the largest brands in the UK? Do you pride yourself on your Customer Service?

I am working with one of the UK’s largest brands who are looking for a confident and experienced Parts Advisor to join their fantastic team that is located in the Glasgow region.

What is needed as a Parts Advisor:
  • Knowledge of Kerridge DMS - Desirable
  • Previous experience working in a Parts Department.
  • Must possess fantastic Customer Service.
  • Able to hit targets and KPI’s by providing a sales solution to internal and external customers.
  • Can help retain existing customers and clients.
  • Able to identify and prospect for new clients and business.
  • Can take and process orders over the phone and online.
  • Help drive the business forward.
  • Have a good eye for details.
  • Able to complete job cards and paperwork correctly.
