Vehicle Technician needed in Newcastle
  • Basic salary of up to £41,000.
  • Working Hours: 42 Hours / Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Our client is seeking applications from passionate and  experienced Vehicle Technicians, preferably with experience in a Main Dealer/Independent Garage.

  • Opportunity to work for a nationally renowned franchise dealership that has traded successfully for decades.
Our client, a highly regarded automotive retailer, is seeking a Technician to join their team in their busy Newcastle branch.

What will the successful Vehicle Technician do?
  • Repair and service vehicles.
  • Complete diagnostic checks.
  • Inspect for wear and tears/general faults.
  • Complete work to DVSA standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform all other aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required.
The successful Vehicle Technician will have:
  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3.
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally operating in a Main Dealer/Independent Garage.
  • Own Set of Tools.
  • MOT License preferred although not essential.
  • Full UK Driving License.
The successful Vehicle Technician will get:
  • Basic salary of up to £41,000.
  • Brand specific, industry leading training and development schemes.
  • 33 days annual leave.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
