What You'll Be Doing:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all service customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from start to finish
  • Liaising between customers and workshop technicians to coordinate work and provide updates
  • Promoting additional services where appropriate, always putting the customer’s needs first
  • Maintaining accurate records and delivering a high standard of customer care
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for the motor industry
  • Experience working with DMS systems (Kerridge/Keyloop preferred)
