Our motor trade client is looking for a Operations Logistics Coordinator to be base at their busy site in Wembley.

The role of Logistics Coordinator will primarily be to play a key role in coordinating workflow across departments, ensuring job sheets move efficiently through the system, and supporting the wider team in delivering high-quality, on-time results.

The ideal candidate for this position will already have motor trade experience in a Logistics / Co-Ordination, Admin Support and be interested in working in an office-based role.

Our Client is offering the successful Operations Logistics Co-Ordinator:
  • Up To £33,000 Salary
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / Saturday Rota 1 On 1 Off 
  • Independent Bodyshop Working Environment
  • Previous Logistics / Co-Ordination / Admin Support Experience Required
Some day to day responsibilities for the Operations Logistics Co-Ordinator include:
  • Supporting the workshop team by tracking jobs from intake through completion and ensuring smooth handovers between departments
  • Monitoring progress of wheel refurbishment jobs, updating tracking systems, and resolving scheduling issues.
  • Assisting with job status updates, collection/delivery coordination, and clear, timely communication.
  • Acting as a key link between admin, technicians, and logistics to keep operations running smoothly.
