  • Basic Salary: £21,000 | OTE: £40,000
  • Full Time | Monday to Saturday (with a day off during the week)
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driven by sales success? We’re working with a reputable main car dealership in Yeovil, Somerset, who are looking to expand their team with a Sales & Customer Advisor – a dynamic, dual-role position that combines vehicle sales with service advising.

The Role of the Sales & Customer Advisor consists of: This is a split role that will see you working across both sales and service departments, giving you the best of both worlds. You’ll be:
  • Engaging with customers to guide them through the car buying journey.
  • Handling service bookings and aftersales queries.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Working towards sales and customer satisfaction targets in a supportive team environment.
What our client is looking for:
  • Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or advisor role – ideally within the motor trade.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Well-presented, professional, and highly customer-focused.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
